An ed-tech start-up is looking for an academic advisor who can design and manage courses for a virtual tutor academy. Candidate must have knowledge of education system of Pakistan. Should have worked in an academy with at least 5 years experience
- Key responsibilities are to apply the knowledge and expertise of an educationist to help setup initial foundations of an online tutoring company.
- Devise and demonstrate the skills of virtual classroom management techniques through current researched best practices and strategies.
- Coordinate with the Team members to complete different tasks,routine assignments and duties.
- Utilize strategies fostering thinking, reasoning and problem-solving.
- Develop ultimate course line for students from 5th to 12th year Prepare and design the Monthly Syllabus.
- Facilitate positive interactions between students and other teachers.
- Ensure to regularly assess student learning with multiple forms of assessment.
- Establish a positive relationships with students, parents, teachers & school administrators.
- Design online courses for the start-up
