Preparation of all lease documents in consultation with Regional Manager, also liaison with head office on matters related to rentals
Responsible to send all communication letters to dealers.
Preparation of sales data and appreciation for dstribution network as well as tabulating competitor data
Analysis of credit and sales data for onward submission to territory managers on daily basis
Conducting site recons as and when required
Maintaining database of sales, network development and site wise data
Maintaining record of all types of petrol pump/CNG development documents (NOCs, Explosives Approval and all type of government approvals)
Correspondence with HO through e-mail/Inter office memos on matters related to rentals, leases, credit and franchise fee
Maintenance of files for each site and recording all reports including but not limited to Quality, Quantity and Sales certificates
Engaging the retailers for the recovery of retail outlet ONFR, CNG FF & MF outstanding amounts.
Responsible for supporting sales force during their field visits in situations of urgent reports and data input.
Supporting the sales team in the preparation of Oil Marketing Company Appreciation Statements.
Liaise with HO, maintain and edit (CS&A) Customer Setup and Amend form of customers whenever required.
Custodian of regional record/files
Logistics support for events and day to day and monthly activities etc.
Maintaining store room including audit and record keeping
