  • To Carry out the review of communication (e.g. calls, chats, etc.), final deliverables, disputes, and business processes to clients primarily w.r.t. following aspects of business management.
  • Have prior experience of working as a QA executive.
  • Must be able to evaluate Calls of Sales agents and can easily evaluate their Chats and E-mails on the basis of various parameters.
