Roles and Responsibilities:
We are now recruiting a highly motivated, intelligent and motivated candidate for the position of Customer Support Representative (CSR). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with assisting customers with their inquiries, helping them place their orders, helping them understand the companies offerings, and the ability to learn and grow their knowledge, keeping up to date will all industry standards. The tasks and responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Responding to all customer inquiries in emails, chat, and over the phone.
- Assisting the customer in figuring out the best options for them
- Helping customers understand the companies offerings and pricing
- Taking customer orders and assisting them with processing their orders
- Following up with customers who have shown interest in the companies offerings but have not placed an order yet
- Assisting customers with their shipments and following up with them to ensure their satisfaction
- Dealing with any post-sales issues that may arise from the customer's end or from the companies ends

- Exceptional personal skills
- Proficient problem-solving skills
- De-escalation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience Required:
- At least one year of customer support or customer sales experience.
Office Timings:
- Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Please note that this is NOT a work from home position.
Salary:
- A market competitive salary will be offered to the right candidates.
