Working for Insure 123 as a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for attending calls, questions and providing information to customers for the company.

Your duties are specified below:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in insurance is a plus.
  • Ability to stay calm while handling customers.
  • Candidates with good typing skills are preferred.
  • Decent communication skills are necessary.
  • Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and other similar softwares.
