- Help with preparing concept notes, reports, working papers and information collection working with the public and private sector organizations
- Assist in preparing and reviewing subgrants proposals and documentation.
- Coordinate with implementing partners for issues related to implementation and progress reporting
- Coordinate and participate in periodic progress review meetings of implementing partners
- Review, analyze and compile periodic progress updates based on the implementing partners reports
- Assist in monitoring the progress and field level activities of implementing partners
- Carry out online and in-person facilitation and monitoring of the project
- Keep track and archiving of the documentation related to award, implementation and close-out of the subgrants
- Contribute to the training activities as advised by the Manager
- Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
