Appedology (PVT) Ltd. is looking for an Organizational Development Specialist position and will report to HOD HR. This position will be responsible for the design, implementation, and sustainability of organizational

development programs for the site. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a meaningful & effective training program as well as subsequent programs focused onEmployees development & growth.

  • Be responsible to deliver on key goals and objectives for the site and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Partner with the training team and site leadership to understand strategic areas of focus including those within Growth Plans, skill gaps, etc.
  • Support frontline leadership training and development in partnership with the core team.
  • Facilitate other training as necessary.
  • Should have 03+ years of experience working in an OD Specialist role, directly tied to training, facilitation, and/or training development. -Working knowledge of HR/L&D concepts and practices
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop a strategic plan accordingly.
  • Experience in training, education, or facilitation
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Collaboration – the ability to actively engage and collaborate with everyone, is critical to success in this position.


  • Flexible to work fixed night shifts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business is preferred.
  • Prior experience of 2-3 years in the relevant job role.
  • Good knowledge of HRM practices and systems.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Problem Solving - Entrepreneurial, Identifying and solving problems in a timely manner.
  • Communication skills - Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate and influence effectively
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Proficiency with computer software, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
