You will lead the sales team and function at the dealership; be responsible to set effective strategies resulting in achieving sales targets, empower, motivate and train your sales team to sell. You’ll manage sales at the dealership floor, to corporate customers and manage relationships with banks, government bodies, financial institutions and business entities. You’ll be expected to maintain a competitive edge by reviewing customer needs, market potential and areas of opportunity.
If you have deep understanding of customer needs combined with deep product knowledge supported by excellent communication, then you are our ideal candidate. Preferably, you should also be an MBA, with 10+ years of automotive sales experience; energetic, a self-starter possessing a strong demonstrated sale performance and business acumen.
