We are seeking a hardworking, motivated and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team for a project. The administrative assistant is accountable for communications, operational and secretarial support services to enhance the smooth running of the project and its workflow.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Internal and external correspondence with all provincial Govt line department, district and Divisional administration, LEAs and partners when required by Coordinator EOC;
  • Maintains close communication liaise with commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Deputy Focal Persons, district leads, stakeholders, program officials and other on behalf of Coordinator EOC;
  • Deal with incoming email, faxes, post and correspond on behalf of the coordinator after his approval;
  • Screen calls for Coordinator EOC Sindh forwarded by Operator, take messages and present for response and action.

Skills

  • Training and experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good knowledge of government administrative policies and procedures;
  • Organizational planning and prioritizing skills and abilities;
  • High sense of confidentiality, initiative and good judgment;
  • Ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural background;
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals;
