•    Prepare weekly, monthly reports in light of field visit findings.

•    Identify appropriate M&E methodologies for objective-specific M&E activities.

•    Conduct regular field visits, in coordination with field staff, to assess project impact and collect feedback from relevant stakeholders.

•    To develop proper follow up mechanism of Agreed action as per field visit feedback

•    Ensure to visit 50% hard interventions, against data submitted by SMU team.

•    S/he should ensure minimum field visits (agreed with the Project Manager) during the month and submit monthly report separately.

•    Lead the Assessments wherever required in the project area.

•    Contribute to establishment of a monitoring and evaluation frame-work in line with the policies of the Qatar Charity.

•    Support in tracking the financial and physical progress of the project efforts. 

•    Ensure that all the procedures at the project site are according to the procedures. Immediately reporting the deviation to the relevant section at the Country Office.

•    Random visit to the field to assess if the beneficiary selection fulfils the criteria established.

•    Spot checks of the services provided by the vendors and also those by the field team.

•    Collect all the information from the field teams for finalization of, monthly and need-base reports for the Country Office or Donor.  

•    Custodian of the Complaint Redressal Mechanism together with the PDME Coordinator at Country Office. Immediately inform the concerned section in the Country Office for corrective measures.

•    Support the line management in the monthly review of the Project Implementation Plan vis-à-vis physical and financial progress. Prepare high quality reports on the templates approved by the Donor.

•    Contribute in development of lesson learnt of the project at its closure and sharing with the Country Office.

•    Participate and provide technical input to the monitoring objectives of the organization on the regular basis through meetings

•    Ensure compliance with the approved work plans.

•    Any other task as assigned by the Project Manager and technical Manager.
