  • Escalation point for all technical issues
  • Working closely with team members, the role encompasses all areas of Infrastructure   and a specialist of at least one (preferably two), of the aforementioned technologies is prerequisite
  • Ensuring other team members are involved and skilled in more technical areas
  • Leam lead  is accountable for significantly contributing to the overall technical architecture, stability, resiliency, and general health-related to server systems; is a top-level technical contributor with advanced knowledge and experience in the area of various vendors comes under technical department.
  • Able to demonstrate high initiative and ownership of issues
  • Able to work at a fast pace and achieve pre-determined billable utilization goals
  • Able to work at a high level independently, utilizing other resources with good judgment
  • Able to make customers feel great about their support experience regardless of the outcome via high level, polished customer and relationship management skills
  • Responsible for supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services
  • Must be able to act as a leader and set the example both technically as well as with all other employee responsibilities within his/her team
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Provide subject matter expertise, advice, and consultancy for assigned technology and infrastructure systems
  • Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support
  • Ensuring security and confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Installing and configuring hardware and different software products as per project requirement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
  • Maintaining software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance.
  • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  • Complete-time logs in helpdesk after completing tasks to ensure accurate and timely time tracking, project management, and record
  • 24*7 availability to support in house and client infrastructure
  • To provide/deliver training to corporate clients
  • Must be ready and willing to commit to continuous education, certification, and self-improvement
  • .Complete all project documentation in time and submit it to the manager
  • Any other duties as assigned by management
