Job Summary:

As a Human Resource  at ZAMMART, you will play a crucial role in driving our organizational success by overseeing all aspects of human capital management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct interviews and assessments to select qualified candidates.

Onboard new hires and provide necessary training and orientation.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and grievances promptly and professionally.

Manage employee performance and conduct regular performance reviews.

Talent Management:

Identify and develop high-potential employees.

  • Create and implement succession planning strategies.
  • Manage employee training and development programs.

HR Policies and Procedures:

Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

HR Analytics:

Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Use data-driven insights to inform HR decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in an e-commerce or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.
