       Job Discriptions/Requirements

  •  Handling Customers via Live chat
  • Inbound Calls & Emails are major tasks
  • Good English verbal $ and nonverbal communication Skills
  • Answer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Coordination with concerned department in cases customer query needs second step follow-up.
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager.
  • Availability in Morning, Evening and Night shifts
