The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, Compensation, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
1- Maintain personnel files for all Personnel
2- Support Manager in Recruitment & Selection process
3- Drafting/ preparation of memo’s and official documents/ letters
4- Maintain database of attendance, leaves
5- Preparing advertisements, long listing and forwarding the long listed applications to Training committee for final short listing
6- Processing for issuance of official ID cards of the staff members
7- Assists Concern Managers in developing job descriptions.
8- To conduct HR Orientation for new staff members
9- To Update Staff list
