We are hiring for a Relation Support Officer with excellent communication skills.It's an onsite job with Flexible based timings ( Rotational Shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night )

Responsibilities

Managing customer service inquiries for our customers over the phone and email
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

The candidate must be Graduate/ 1 year of experience.
The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
Experience in customer support/Call Centre
