Assume full responsibility for effective electronic QA of data entry and service delivery.
Effectively utilize the technology resources at his disposal to measure the quality levels of service centers and Data Entry Vendors.
Inform the Services Centers and Data Entry Vendors to make improvements in quality where required.
Coordinate all the activities required to meet quality standers.
Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system and produce data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators.
Liaise with other leads and staff throughout the project to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly.
Generate status reports of Quality Assurance & Service Delivery as per set schedules.

4 years experience in process engineering and QA of service delivery operations
Adequate experience working in a leading role
Able to lead and manage 80 plus team members
Analytical bent of mind
Mature approach to handle risks/conflicts
Excellent command on advance reporting in MS Excel/Power Point
People Management & Leadership Skills
Excellent in Task Management
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Have an insight of Project Management
