- Monitoring and Administration of data center equipment/devices including all servers hardware and services running on those servers on a daily basis especially Domain Controllers & SMTP relay including Group Policies, Active directory management
- New account/mailbox creation and core network services such as DNS & DHCP.
- Coordination with Global team for domain related topics for the resolution of all tickets.
- Ensure system fault tolerance, backup strategies, including DLO, data management and storage for business continuity planning best practices. Implement systems backup procedures, policies and practices to ensure that business SLAs are met.
- Assist in diagnosis and repair of server and basic level of network related problems.
