- Plans, organizes and coordinates all the activities for achieving company objective related to sales and distribution in the assigned area by developing an efficient and enthusiastic sales team.
- Ensures that the sales targets for all brands / products are met by the planned timelines and levels.
- Develops and maintain an efficient and effective distribution network through a brand based sales team and should be able to maintain an effective communication with key accounts in order to maximize Sales and achieve planned Market shares.
- Provides timely feedback on market situation, sales outlooks, competitor's activities, product pricing.
- Must be able to make Business plans and proposals, strategy developing and formal presentations.
