Ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently maintained at the highest standard, while working in liaison with our field engineers and Principals. The position requires an excellent understanding of managing relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Handling customer requests for troubleshooting assistance, by working in liaison with our field engineer and global Principals.
Scheduling and arranging customer site visits for our engineers.
Handling spare parts conversation from inquiry to shipment stage.

Aftersales Coordinator Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Textile Management and or business administration.
2 or more years’ experience in related industry or function.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office and MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.v
