Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handling customer requests for troubleshooting assistance, by working in liaison with our field engineer and global Principals.
  • Scheduling and arranging customer site visits for our engineers.
  • Handling spare parts conversation from inquiry to shipment stage.

Aftersales Coordinator Requirement:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Textile Management and or business administration.
  • 2 or more years’ experience in related industry or function.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.v
