We, at Agriauto Industires Limited looking for a Experienced, dynamic and energetic resource for the position of Manager. Incumbent will be performing following duties:

As a Senior Team Member, you would be responsible for development and effective implementation of production targets, quality standards and improvement plans in the Plant in accordance with the company objective and strategies. Know-how of Japanese Management System / Hands On approach in work area
Exposure to Production Management / Quality Systems / Kaizen / 5S / Pokayoke Application / Cross Training / Developing 5S / Muda Elimination
Assist in Time and Motion Study - Determining Plant capacity for production loading, capacity utilization and improvement to cater the business plan of the organization.
Preparation of Monthly Production Scheduling, Weekly Monitoring and Reporting.
Method improvement including layout, process design, tooling and change overs.
Housekeeping of the shop floor & Shop Floor administration
Liaison with Q.C. Department abut quality control matters in local & imported parts and process control matters.
Monitor the performance of subordinates, supervisors & operators of Tube lime, Chrome plating, Piston rod line and shox assembly line.
