Airbridge Travel is a pan European, UK based company.We are currently after professional, eperienced and customer oriented candidates at our Islamabad office who will be collaborating directly with UK based clients over the phone.

Candidates will be involved in the following on job duties;

communicating with clients to determine destinantion, mode of trasnportation, travel dates, financial conisderations and accomodation requirements
providing clients with publication containing travel info
planing and generation of itineraries
arranging for accomodations
computing of cost of travel and accomodation
booking domestic and international travel reservations for airline, hotel accomodation and car hire
collection of payments for tranportation and accomodation
integration with collegues in a friendly manner
reporting management in case of customer complaints and issues
corresponding with clients via email after telephonic conversation, managing follow ups and encouraging feed backs

مہارتیں

Interested candidates are required to possess following skills;
-- Advanced communication skills in English language
-- Customer centric, with customer satisfaction on first priority
-- Proven selling, self marketing skills and ability to close the deals
-- Confidence, Attention to detail, working under deadlines, target driven with high levels of positivism and can do attitude
-- Multi-tasking and working independently
-- Experience in Sabre and World span is an asset but not necessary
-- On job training will be provided
