Ensure that all contractual vehicles and equipment in the fleet are properly maintained, registered, licensed, tested and, to the extent appropriate, operated in accordance with excises and taxation dept.
Visits the employee route and maintain the log sheet of all contract vehicles.
To maintain weekly pick and drop roaster as per the shift schedule.
To direct the work related to various fleet management activities like procurement, repairing, maintenance, servicing etc., according to priority and ensure that all these functions are carried out within the established rules and legal regulations with excises and taxation department
To maintain statistical reports, files and relevant records related to maintenance, repairs, depreciation, mileage, etc.
To confer with various departments regarding the needs and issues of vehicles that need to addressed and ensure timely resolution of relevant conflicts and make sure that the vehicles are maintained and that they are operating properly.
To develop and implement the annual budget by analyzing and reviewing the financial data and by controlling and authorizing the expenditures done and to assist in formulating new policies, programs, and procedures.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment and Process check requests
Respond to all vendor inquiries and Reconcile vendor Invoices, statements research and correct discrepancies
