· Hands on experience of maintenance of heavy duty equipment’s, pumps/compressors/cranes/hydraulic/pneumatic and lubrication system.

· Ability to:

a. Trouble shooting/root cause analysis.

b. Read and interpret maintenance manuals, drawings.

c. Manage operations in all shifts.

d. Develop work schedules and coordinate projects/assignments to meet deadlines.

e. Prepare procurement specific documents and technical procedures, SOPs.

f. Analyze equipment designs and recommend improvement along with implementation.

g. Departmental documentation (history cards/spares/checklists/budget/downtime analysis etc.)

· Ideal candidate should have:

a. Effective communication skills to influence all levels of personnel.

b. Proactive approach to work as a team member with strong time management and record keeping skills.

c. Knowledge of HSE, TPM, ISO9000 & ISO14000.

d. Good communication, planning and organization skills.

· Understanding and hands on experience of SAP will be a plus.

The group, founded over 50 years ago, initially invested in manual hot-rolling technology & installed four re-rolling mills across Pakistan.
