We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in the telecommunications industry. As the Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial information and reporting. You will be responsible for various accounting tasks, such as preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing budgeting and forecasting duties. Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing variances and identifying trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and policies.
- Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
