We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chat Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Chat Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via social and srver platforms, providing them with information about our graphic designing services, and nurturing relationships to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through server and social chat platforms to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide information about graphic designing services and offerings clearly and compellingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to generate and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Fluent in english.
- Freshies are more than welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with chat platforms.
