- Ability to Implement and manage Secure/reliable IT Infrastructure and devising policies, procedures, controls and strategies in compliance with international standards.
- Hands on experience to design diverse IT Infrastructure using different Servers roles on Windows 2008 & 2012(Email, Domain, Antivirus & Patch management), Linux, Network (Layer II & III devices) and Security System (Firewalls, IPS, DLP, End point security & access control).
- Well versed with Cloud Technologies like Azure
- Must be able to effectively handle IT incident response to meet required SLA.
- Must be able to identify security risks in processes. Evaluate technical opportunities. Promote more effective and efficient processes and procedures.
- Managing and looking after Desktop Support to all work stations based on multiple projects
- Understanding of advanced networking technologies and solutions including QoS, traffic-shaping, load balancing, WAN Optimization, etc
- Experience with Cisco ASA, Firewalls, Solid understanding of network utility services including TFTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP, NTP,SMTP, SYSLOG, etc
- Must have dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, contract negotiation, listening, written and verbal communication, and project management skills.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize, organize, use time-management skills, and be adept at multi-tasking.
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service to internal and/or external customers.
- Must be confident in making independent decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented, able to problem solve/analyze, and maintain extreme confidentiality.
- Must be able to manage data, functions and business processes.
- Must be knowledgeable in network security standards and protocols, a variety of server operating systems, including virtualization and various methods of hardware, software and data encryption, PCI compliance, and others as necessary
- Must be able to create typical and non-typical reports regarding network and server system performance, utilization and compliance.
- Must be able to maintain disaster recovery/business continuity efforts, including testing and compliance reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelors in IT/Information System from reputed institution
- 5+ years’ work experience in Networks/System Administration
- Required Strong communication skills to deal with client, Vendors and IT/IS Orientations.
- Required up to date knowledge of all latest technologies and trends in the market.
- Good knowledge of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System CISA/CISM/CISSP certification will be preferred.
