This job requires a computer, microphone and smart phone. It is remote based and you don't have to work from a physical office location.
As a NOC, you will be responsible for:
-Troubleshooting SIP based call-logs for VOIP Termination and Origination
-Manually testing routes to check for quality parameters via a soft-phone
-Follow up on quality issues with vendors as well as with clients
-Set up routes, rates, destinations and tarriffs on Switch and constantly monitor them as needed
-Work with account managers to test new routes for CLI, Non-CLI, FAS, IVR, RBT, PDD and other quality parameters
-Monitor voice traffic on the switch to identify fraudulent traffic and raise the issue with client and vendor
-Be available on Skype, Email and Watsapp for immediate communication
