To manage, control and reconcile all company’s accounts including Customers, Banks and Personnel accounts in accordance with approved guidelines.
To prepare and maintain accounting reports on daily, monthly and annual basis as per management requirements.
To manage petty cash expenses & accounts.
To maintain & control Computerized Inventory System.
Distribution Management for supply of products.
Supervision of physical stock handling and stock taking.
To prepare and maintain staff salaries, vehicles / office expenses in liasion with Head Office and sales team on monthly basis.
Liaison with HR and Admin department for all concerned regional operations and policy administration.
Note: Preference will be given to local (Quetta) candidates.
