As an Oracle Finance and PPM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Finance and PPM Cloud solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Oracle Finance and PPM modules will be essential in driving successful project outcomes and delivering value-added solutions tailored to our clients' business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of finance processes, project management principles, strong technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Finance and PPM Cloud applications, including but not limited to Financials, Project Financial Management, and Project Management.
  • Analyze clients' financial management and project portfolio requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle Finance and PPM framework.
  • Design and configure finance processes, project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows to align with clients' business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities for end-users and project stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement services for Oracle Finance and PPM applications post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance professionals, project managers, IT professionals, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and new features within the Oracle Finance and PPM ecosystem to continuously enhance service offerings and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Finance and PPM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Financials, Project Financial Management, and Project Management modules.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle Finance and PPM Cloud offerings and experience with at least two full-cycle implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance processes, project accounting principles, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with clients in diverse industries, such as construction, engineering, consulting, or IT services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
  • Oracle certifications in Finance and PPM modules are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
