Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and emerging trends in the garment industry.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and seasonal collections.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and product descriptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other industry stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the garment or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
