Responsibilities And Duties:

Manage and provide support to end-users.
Managed and follow up daily system operations plan.
Coordination with vendors for timely resolution of outstanding issues impacting the business
Manage and address request for customization as per business requirement
Organize & support system upgrades, new features and product tests, and applied fixes/patches on production server.
Coordination with business teams and other departments to fulfill their requirements.
Project implementation and involvement with Project team, related to Core Banking.
Implementation of regulatory requirement.
Manage I.A.T / U.A.T Session with business and end user.
Manage EOD operations for allied applications.
Assign day to day task to team and guide them to complete all assigned tasks in timely manner.
Providing training & direction to team members as well as identify opportunities for skill development.
Weekly meeting to with senior management to provide update on all tasks and targets.
Maintain TAT to achieve assigned targets on time.
Identify opportunities, recommend and implement processes for improving business operational efficiency and quality through automation.
Evaluating business processes, and requirements for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Gathered critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produced useful reports for management.
Prioritized initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Work Experience:

8-10 years’ experience of allied applications mainly EastNets suite, WebTech & PSW.
Possess functional as well as technical knowledge.
Ability to work on various databases.

Location:

Head Office – Karachi.
