Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to plan, conduct, and follow up on IT audits. Coordinate with the Information Security team to align audit objectives with security requirements and controls. Schedule audit activities, including meetings, interviews, and data collection sessions, as necessary.

Observation Resolution: Work closely with IT teams to understand audit observations and develop action plans for remediation. Track progress on action plans and ensure timely closure of audit findings. Provide regular updates to IT management and stakeholders on the status of audit observations and resolution efforts.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of audit findings, action plans, and remediation activities. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing audit results, trends, and compliance status for IT management review. Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory audits and examinations.

Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between IT teams and auditors/reviewers, addressing inquiries and providing requested information promptly. Facilitate communication between auditors, IT stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the audit process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in IT compliance, audit coordination, or a relevant area.
Basic understanding of IT audit methodologies, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
