Manage all phases of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports
Enter transactions into accounting system
Account reconciliations
Bank transactions and reconciliations
Expense report processing and review
Enter payroll into accounting system and reconcile with payroll service reports
Prepare various reports for management
Prepare month-end job closings
Maintain Accounting files
Perform other duties as assigned

We are searching for someone with at least 5+ years similar accounting/bookkeeping experience. Our ideal candidate will have:

Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
MUST have experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted accounting practices
Ability to resolve accounting discrepancies and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
