Remote Operations Manager
Remote work from home for US based firm.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5: US Eastern Standard Time
Must be Fluent in English
Must be able to answer calls to main number during normal business hours of US time
Computer / Internet / Phone with US number will be provided
Must be punctual and professional
Must have good verbal and written English speaking skills
Must be proficient with word / excel / power point /
Willing to learn new tools i.e. Quick books, 5 PM (Project Management) etc.
Expected roles and responsibilities:
Coordinate with Students / candidates (Will provide paid training if joined)
Process management from end to end (Will provide paid training if joined)
Book keeping (Quick Books)
Manage income and expenses
Manage Salary for other employees
Work Hours (As per US Eastern Standard Time) M-F 9-5 (Get US federal and government holidays and Muslim holidays off) Saturday and Sunday off
Will provide competitive salary and benefits / bonuses
Potential to manage future home off in Pakistan (Work in progress)
