KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Helping Branch to identify weak areas and plan for improvement
Daily reporting from field technician/ franchises and proper complain distribution to technician
To receive call of dealer / angry customer critical complaint resolution and satisfaction
Follow up with technician on critical complain for timely resolution.
Workshop/technician complains status review and follow up for timely unit completion and delivery.
To monitor branch and franchise Engineering Workforce Commission (EWC) target v/s Achievement.
Preparation of product quality feedback reports.

Any other responsibility assigned by Service Manager
