We are looking for a Farm Manager who is a sincere person and is honest with his work.

You will be responsible to look at each and every aspect of the farm, starting from analyzing the Crops and reporting at day end, maintaining farm machinery and equipment with the help of a small team, and then daily reporting of the conditions.
The person responsible for this Job is expected to be capable of handling pressures and have problem-solving skills and not shy away from harsh farm conditions.
Farming is not done sitting in the office and smoking ciggies.
You must have people skills to get the jobs done by the labor class as this would be your daily challenge.
The job can be sometimes underwhelming due to long harvest periods but that should not hinder you from being vigilant as a small mistake can make huge losses.
Due to the nature of this business, you have to keep in mind that holidays may be given after 2 months for 4-5 days but after the last crop harvest you can go for a long holiday for a week.
