Famco Associates (FA) is the abbreviated and changed name of Ferguson Associates - Management Consultants. FA is the oldest and one of the largest Management Consultancy company of Pakistan. Ferguson Associates was formed as a limited liability company in 1978 by corporatizing section �M� of A.F.FERGUSON & Co, Chartered Accountants, Pakistan. �M� section which stood for (Management Consultancy Section) was set-up in mid-sixties by Mr. Yusuf Ebrahim Bhai Meah - a partner in A.F.FERGUSON & Co.

FA is a limited liability company by shares and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. The Board of Directors comprises of Mr. Khalid Rafi and Mr. Ovais Khan. Mr Khalid Rafi is the Chairman and a non-executive Director of the Company. He was the senior partner of A.F.Ferguson & Co for 22 years before retiring in 2004. He was also the president of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Management Association of Pakistan. He serves as a non-executive Director on the Boards of a number of prestigious listed companies. Mr. Ovais Khan is the Chief Executive Officer and has been with FA since 1988. He had served his articles with A.F.Ferguson & Co and had worked with Ernst & Young, Middle East. Mr. Khan also serves as a non-executive Director on the Board of a number of unlisted companies.
