We are currently seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to labor laws, safety standards, international regulations, and environmental, social, and security standards within our organization. This role will also involve managing online portals related to compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations applicable to our industry, with a focus on Labor Law requirements.
Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Stay updated with international standards and regulations related to our industry and integrate them into our compliance framework.
Oversee environmental compliance initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of our operations.
Manage social compliance programs to uphold ethical and social responsibility standards.
Implement security standards and protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.
Maintain and update online portals related to compliance activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Master’s degree in Finance, HRM, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in labor law, safety, international standards, environment, social, and security compliance.
Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using online portals and compliance management software.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
