We are currently seeking experienced and fluent Inbound Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries from customers regarding AT&T,Spectrum services during US time hours .
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales calls from customers interested in AT&T and Spectrum services.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work US time hours.
- Strong sales acumen and persuasive communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\\\'s degree preferred.
