Position Description:

1. To evaluate and provide reasonable assurance that risk management, control and governance systems are functioning as intended.

2. To reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the audit committee.

3. To provide recommendations for improving CureMD's operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.

4. To provide support to CureMD's anti-fraud programs.

5. To prepare timely audit reports for executive management and the audit committee.

6. Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud or non-compliance with laws, regulations and management policies.

7. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.

8. Review data about material assets, net worth, liablities, capital stock, surplus, income and expenditures.

9. Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.

10. Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.

Requirements:

1. 2 to 3 years of working auditing experience.

2. Masters in Business or Finance.

3. Certified Internal Auditor.

4. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Visio.

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
