Software Engineer (Architecture)

CureMD is seeking Software Architects to join their Development Center in Lahore, Pakistan. The Architect will collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysis, Development and other members of the Architecture team to design and implement software solutions that align with CureMD's business goals and technology strategy. The Architect will collaborate directly with Team Leads and Software Engineers to analyze the requirements, explore technologies, design and implement software solutions in Healthcare domain. The Architect will also ensure the solutions they are designing and developing meet CureMD's software guidelines and industry best practices. In addition, the Software Architect will communicate and mentor teams on software development best practices, patterns and architecture guidelines.

Responsible for developing, approving, and implementing the designs for current and future software projects
Communicate architecture guidelines, principles and vision to development teams
Explore, define and enforce coding standards, patterns, and processes
Responsible for conducting the architectural reviews of existing and newly developing modules of the application, and recommends improvements
Lead technical efforts and monitor implementation to ensure system quality
Implement best practices for delivering solutions to end-users efficiently
Direct the resolution of critical and complex customer problems

Responsibilities

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required
3+ years' of technical leadership and architecture experience in software development
4+ years’ experience designing and delivering large scale distributed systems
Significant experience in the complete SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) including agile development methodology
Experience in multi-tenant and multi-tier design models for Enterprise Applications with high availability
Ability to communicate and apply common architectural design patterns across a wide range of technical problems
Success in large-scale systems re-engineering and technology transformations
Solid understanding of security/access control, scalability, high availability, and concurrency patterns
Proficient in at least one backend Object-oriented language (C++, C# and Java)
Proficient in at least one front-end languages and frameworks such as (Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, Node.js etc.)
Proficient in source code management tools (Visual Studio, TFS, Git, SVN)
Proven experience developing in .NET technology including XSLT, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, ASMX and RESTful web services
Experience with relational database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
