We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service/Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users and promoting our services to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about our services and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively engage with potential customers to promote our services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
