- Enthusiastically manage all pre-sales and post-sales operational activities pertaining to customer relationship management.
- Maintain highest level of customer service while efficiently responding to their queries, grievances, and suggestions. Proactively conducting customer surveys to ensure availability of service at all times.
- Efficiently use Customer Account Management Application and Sales Funnel Application to raise and follow-up on requests for initiating, upgrading or terminating services while maintaining an updated database at all times.
- Coordinate and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders (including Project Management Team, Finance, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customers etc.) as per the pre-sales/sales/deployment/service/billing requirements.
- Maintain and present sales reports/analytics as required by the Management
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate with at least 1 Year of Experience
- Experience in Coordination, Customer Relationship Management, Management Reporting
- MS Office Proficiency
- Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills (Urdu & English)
