Dany Technologies require an experienced HR manager for an immediate start. The successful candidate will lead to manage all HR & Admin activities.
Reporting to the COO, key deliverables will include:
Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Hearing and resolving employee grievances. Ensuring legal compliance.
Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Completing human resource operational requirements.
Education & Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent in Human Resource Management.
Experience
- At least 5 years in similar position .
