· Coordination with warehouse concerns of all regions.

· Item opening in software in coordination with import department.

· To update price list of modern trade, channel, distributors in software including tablet division. (including Pindi & Lahore ERP)

· To process new account opening requests in software

· To new define discounts schemes in software.

· Process overdue requests.

· To send new stock updates i.e shipments information to all over Pakistan.

· Daily update on the working of replacement and return issues of dealers.

· To manage replacement team.

· Verifying and checking daily invoices.

· To verify all documents on daily basis.

· Any special task assigned by department head or management

· POS material distribution planning as per regions dedicated quota.

· Coordination with finance department regarding software issues and bugs.

· OBS (Order Booking Software) handling.
