We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Support Executive to join our team at Decimal solution. As a Finance Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial support to our clients during US Eastern Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities:

Process deals in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Assist in structuring financial deals in collaboration with the finance team and other stakeholders.
Coordinate the deal processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to deal processing systems and software.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to facilitate with the arrangement and providence of documents.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure funding for approved deals.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for deal processing.
Facilitate the approval process for deals, including obtaining necessary signatures and documentation.
Monitor the status of deals and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deals and transactions.
Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to deal processing and funding.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide updates on the status of their deals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, or IT.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
Presentable personality with excellent communication skills.
Basic accounting knowledge is required.
