We are hiring 3 Customer Service Reps for our Call Center, our client base is International and we need agents with flawless English skills and US or Neutral accent. See full job duties below:

Answer calls from customers in US, Canada and UK
Make outbound calls to suppliers and vendors as needed (not telemarketing)
Handle Emails and Live Chats
Basic internet research and administrative work as needed

Shifts will be rotating and you will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week in Morning, Evening and Night shifts. Working days will be rotating.

We are only looking for energetic people to join our team and grow with us. We are a small but growing company and there will be many opportunities in future for the right candidates.

Experienced call center agents will be preferred. Higher salary package available for multi-skilled agents!

- speak English fluently
- speak with US or Neutral accent
- write English without grammatical errors
- type at 30+ WPM
- work with minimum supervision
- work with us for long term
