  •  Responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through inbound and outbound calls, live chat and emails on the basis of provided guidelines.
  • Providing quality (B2B) sales and after sales support /services through live and Non-live mediums.
  • Monitoring market trends and developing long term relationships with key clients, attending client meetings with individual members of the sales team, providing feedback and closing critical sales deals.
  • Resolving customer disputes, maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Prioritizing sales activities and client contact schedule to optimize sales initiatives and achieve stated business objectives.
  • Maximizing sales opportunities across existing client.
  • Handling offshore client queries via phone call/email/ticketing system and live chat.
  • Keeping track of orders and monitoring of design projects.
  • Finding upgrades/up sell opportunities Keeping record of all deliveries and ensuring that project deliverable are sent to client on time.
  • Payment verification's and billing related concerns.
  • Responsible for achieving targets.
