We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and implementing effective SEO strategies. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating and implementing social media campaigns, and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and online visibility
- Create high-quality, engaging content (written and visual) for social media platforms
- Analyze engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.) to optimize social media content and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service) to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and manage social media reports to track progress and inform future campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement
- Hands-on experience with SEO strategies and implementation
- Google Analytics
- Google Keyword Research
- Excellent content creation skills (written and visual)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret engagement metrics
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Canva.
