Managed Services O&M Manager,

1.Bachelor degree or above in Telecom field or similar...
2. 10 + years practical experience in the telecom industry; familiarity with O&M of Telecom operators or MS operations of telecom vendors; wireless network O & M processes preferred.
3. 5+ years large project / department management experience with excellent track records.
4. Field maintenance management.
5. Network performance (KPIs) management.
6. Resource Management (People, Spare Parts & Assets), Cost reduction & economical feasibility management.
7. Power & environmental knowledge is must.
8. Excellent interpersonal communications and negotiation skills ; effective team leader.
9. Good organizational skills.
10. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
